Condition

All our fabulous pieces have lived eventful lives and are sold as antique or vintage depending on their age. Most have chips, dings, nibbles or dents - they have been loved and used by many other people already. Listing photographs and descriptions show the honest condition of all pieces.

 

Dispatch

Please allow 3-6 days for standard delivery.

Our ethos is to relove, reuse, recycle and repurpose. We aim to reuse as much packaging as we can, so you may receive your piece in weird and wonderful boxes and wrapping. We use as many recyclable or compostable materials as possible and also reuse bubble wrap and packing pellets.

If you have special delivery requests (such as urgent delivery or gift wrapping) please contact us and we'll always do what we can to help. We don't accept responsibility for delivery instructions issued to the carrier by the customer - so if you leave instructions for a package to be left in an alternative place (like a shed or with a neighbour) we can't accept responsibility if you don't receive it.

 

Returns and credit

We hope you're thrilled with anything you buy from us. If however you wish to return an item please use the contact form within 7 days of delivery and return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, with the returns code we will provide. We will provide a credit note valid for 6 months for the value of your purchase. Return delivery charges are non-refundable and we must receive the piece back in its described condition. Please retain proof of posting, insured against loss or damage during transit for your own peace of mind. Credit notes will be issued on receipt of the item, providing it is undamaged. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, it is your responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier.
