C 1900 faience (French tin glazed earthenware) pot, with the Obernai U&C Sarreguemines mark. Handpainted, signed H Loux, and a few chips and nibbles commensurate with age and use. Excellent garlic keeper, for holding a small pillar candle, or popping your keys and cash in.
